About these terms
These terms apply to your use of growelglobes.com and to any order you place with Growell Global Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. We make every effort to show products and colours accurately, but colours can vary slightly between screens. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Your payment is taken when you place your order at checkout. Your order confirmation email is our acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we will refund you in full.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics and logos — belongs to Growell Global Sdn Bhd or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
